How to apply as a PPC Manager?
Through lots of trial and error, we’ve established a comprehensive three-step application process to help us to identify the individuals who will flourish as PPC Managers.
STEP 1.
Initial application
Apply and tell us about yourself, your background and past project experience. Share your expectations, including start date and desired compensation. We strive to respond to new applicants in 1-2 working days.
STEP 2.
Practical assessment
Be prepared to complete a practical assignment in 1-3 days and receive feedback within 48 hours. If the feedback is positive, we’ll schedule an interview. Usually, it takes place between 3 days and 1 week after the feedback.
STEP 3.
Interview
You should be prepared to join a video call with our Talent Acquisition specialist. We’ll provide detailed information about the benefits, terms, and conditions, and we will answer any questions you may have.

RateRocket team members all have at least 5 years of experience. You are welcome to apply if you’ve had a gap in your career as long as overall, you have at least 5 years of professional experience.
You will be paid directly to your bank account.
RateRocket team members are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours a week (which is 4 hours a day) during business hours. If you are looking to work for less than 20 hours a week, unfortunately, you will be automatically disqualified.
Yes, we'll get back to you within 1-2 working days to let you know whether or not you'll move forward to the practical assessment stage.
Typically, our team get started supporting companies within 1 to 2 weeks of onboarding.
You will work directly and communicate directly with each company through the RateRocket platform, as a member of the RateRocket team.
We’ll provide training in how to work remotely and best practices to succeed working with multiple companies in a remote environment.
Once you get started, you’ll benefit from working with your Team Leader which includes ongoing training and learning opportunities to help you succeed.

Your primary contact will be your team leader who you'll meet with and speak with on a regular basis. We also work closely as a team, supporting each other, so even though we all work from different places, you'll “meet” team members as you share client projects, or as you provide vacation back up for each other....you’re never alone!
